International CT Image Contest: The winners have been chosen
The jury of the International CT Image Contest has now chosen the winners. Out of over 300 submissions divided in six categories there was one winner determined in each of them. The winning images show highest quality at the lowest radiation dose.
The winners are:
- Yuko Utanohara, MD, Japan (Cardiac)
- Robert McGregor, MD, Canada (Neuro)
- Prof. Dan Han, MD; Yu-Hui Chen, MD, China (Abdomen and pelvis)
- Gregory Nicaise, MD, Belgium (Vascular)
- Petter Quick, Sweden (Thorax)
- João Carlos Costa, MD, Portugal (Dual Energy)
The winners received a Canon EOS 50D camera and their images were exhibited at the ECR in Vienna and will also be shown at the RSNA 2010.
